Over the past 7 years we have grown our diverse network 10,000 strong. These vibrant, multicultural, cross-generational, multi-racial Latinos are innovators, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders. They serve in elected and appointed positions, boards, and commissions, and hold executive roles across Massachusetts. We actively champion advocates for racial equity and economic mobility by increasing Latinx representation in decision-making positions of power.

Our Latinx Business Advancement program provides personalized business coaching to Latinx small business owners across Massachusetts who aim to increase sales, improve operations, implement digital processes, maintain healthy finances, and gain access to capital and new customers.
