The Globe Magazine is featuring Amplify LatinX’s inaugural ALX100, a list honoring 100 leaders from diverse fields across Massachusetts. These individuals, ranging from elected officials to entrepreneurs, artists, scientists, and CEOs, represent 18 countries and share a commitment to improving the state. Amplify LatinX, a nonpartisan nonprofit working to enhance Hispanic Leadership, issued a call for nominations to its extensive network, and an independent committee selected honorees based on community impact, diversity in geography, industry, and gender identity. The ALX100 aims to recognize hard work and inspire the next generation of change-makers. The Globe Magazine played no role in the selections, and Amplify LatinX employees, board members, and contractors were ineligible. Nominations for next year’s ALX100 can be submitted at infoamplifylatinx.com.
