Jose serves as the Development Strategy and Engagement Lead at Amplify Latinx, where he works closely with donors, partners, and community leaders to secure funding for initiatives that promote Latino prosperity and increase leadership representation across Massachusetts. This marks his segundo capítulo at Amplify Latinx.
Previously, Jose worked at the Boston Foundation as Donor Relations Manager, overseeing the Equality Fund grantmaking program, supporting fundraising activities, and helping donors and companies invest in social causes aligned with their values.
A strategic thinker, Jose is passionate about advancing social capital in underserved communities. He holds an MA in International Relations from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a BA in Business Administration from the Universidad de La Sabana.
